By accessing or using Emora, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use Emora.

Emora is intended to help users reflect, organize their thoughts, and receive supportive digital guidance.
3. Important Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer
Emora is not a medical service, not a therapy service, and not a replacement for professional mental health care.
Emora does not provide:
- Medical diagnosis
- Psychological diagnosis
- Therapy
- Psychiatric treatment
- Emergency support
- Crisis intervention
- Medication advice
- Professional healthcare advice
Any responses, reflections, or suggestions generated by Emora are for general wellbeing and self-reflection purposes only.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, emotional crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or thoughts of harming others, you should immediately contact local emergency services, a qualified healthcare professional, or a trusted person near you.
You agree that you are responsible for how you use the information and responses provided by Emora.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use Emora.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use Emora with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using Emora, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

- Violate the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others
- Use Emora for emergency mental health support or crisis response
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms.
7. User Content
You may submit content to Emora, including messages, journal entries, reflections, goals, feedback, and other information.
You remain the owner of your content.
By submitting content to Emora, you grant DigiMatrix a limited permission to use, process, store, and transmit your content only as needed to:
- Provide Emora’s services
- Generate AI responses
- Maintain your account
- Improve functionality and safety
- Provide technical support
- Comply with legal requirements
You are responsible for the content you submit. You should not submit content that you do not have the right to share.

Because Emora focuses on emotional wellbeing, you may choose to share personal or sensitive information.
You should avoid sharing:

- Highly sensitive medical records
- Emergency medical information

DigiMatrix is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
10. Subscriptions and Payments
Emora may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions or premium services.
If you purchase a paid feature or subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
- Payment gateways
- Telecom billing providers
- Other authorized billing partners
Subscription terms, renewal rules, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility may depend on the payment provider used.
You are responsible for reviewing the payment and subscription terms before completing a purchase.
11. Auto-Renewals and Cancellations
If Emora offers auto-renewing subscriptions, your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
You may need to cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, such as:
- Apple App Store account settings
- Google Play account settings
- Telecom operator billing process
- Other payment provider dashboard
Deleting the Emora app may not automatically cancel your subscription.
12. Refunds
Refunds, if available, are handled according to the rules of the payment provider or platform used for the purchase.
DigiMatrix may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases made through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
13. Intellectual Property
Emora, including its name, logo, design, interface, software, content, features, and technology, is owned by or licensed to DigiMatrix.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute Emora’s software or design
- Use Emora’s branding without permission
- Reproduce or sell Emora’s content or features
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Create competing products using Emora’s confidential or proprietary materials
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by DigiMatrix.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Emora, you agree that DigiMatrix may use them without restriction or compensation.

- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

DigiMatrix does not guarantee that:
- Emora will meet all your expectations
- Emora will always be available
- AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate
- The service will be free from errors or bugs
- The service will be completely secure
- Any emotional or wellbeing outcome will be achieved
You use Emora at your own discretion and risk.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DigiMatrix, its employees, partners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of Emora
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your submitted content
- Your violation of any law
- Your violation of another person’s rights

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we may notify users through the app, website, email, or other appropriate method.
